Who leads Sriyam
Amrutha Sriram
Founder & Artistic Director | Sriyam Kala Mandir
Amrutha Sriram is a Bharatanatyam dancer, teacher and choreographer with over 15 years of experience in performance and dance education. She holds an M.A. in Bharatanatyam with Distinction from the University of Madras and is UGC-NET qualified in Performing Arts.
Trained in Bharatanatyam under the mentorship of Kalaimamani Dr Lakshmi Ramaswamy, Amrutha’s artistic journey extends beyond Bharatanatyam. She trains in Odissi under Karnataka Kalashree Smt. Sharmila Mukherjee and in Marga Nritta Karanas based on the Natyashastra under Dr. Sujatha Mohan, bringing a broader understanding of Indian movement traditions to her practice and pedagogy.

Bhoomika Singh
Dance Teacher | Kathak Practitioner
Bhoomika Singh is a passionate dance educator and Kathak practitioner, currently working as a Dance Teacher at The Foundation School. She has been teaching Freestyle Dance since 2017, helping students develop confidence, rhythm, coordination, and expression.
She is currently pursuing her 5th year of Kathak training at Kaladhaam Academy under the guidance of Smt. Noopur Bhargava. Her teaching combines classical discipline with the creativity and energy of freestyle dance.
